Chloé CH0022O - Ali Wong - Beef
The gold frame has an octagonal (8-sides) shape. The hinges and arms are smooth and go from thick and rounded in the front to thin in the back.
It looks like she wears the model with a subtle tortoise edge on the front of the frame, but this is not confirmed. There is also an all gold model without the tortoise shell front.
The model can be found online under the name Palma or Joni.
Available at Pret A Voir ($167) in different colors including tortoise, gold and rose gold and you can add lenses.
The model is also offered on Designer Optics ($185), although most colors are backordered (not in stock).
Also find these eyeglasses in many color variations on SmartBuyGlasses ($210) where you can add lenses.
The frames are available at FramesDirect as well in many colors but for higher prices.
Or look on eBay (but you probably can't get prescription lenses there).
A much more expensive alternative are the Linda Farrow Lianas Hexagon sunglasses in Light Gold which havea retail price of $950 but can be found on SmartBuyGlasses for $834.
