I've been looking for this pair since 1996 and haven't succeeded so far. The gentleman in the photo is late actor Mauricio Garcés, a Space-Age, bachleor-pad-type movie actor very well known and loved in Mexico in the 60's-70's.

At first I thought them Ray-Ban Wayfarer but I was wrong.
